| Requirement | After completing the quest Giants and Auldburg, The Netherworld, or Heros and Gods at War. You can ask for Saruin’s location somewhere in Ettinham, Netherworld, or Trials of Elore. |

- Enter Isthmus Cavern.
- From the back of the cavern, go to the final dungeon where Saruin is located.
- You can fight the minions or ignore them. If you fight them, you will have to fight them again on the fourth basement floor with everyone you have defeated. I recommend ignoring them.
- Fight against Saruin.
- After defeating the final boss Saruin, the ending begins, and after that, you can save the game.
About the second round
After the second round, you can dedicate Fatestones to Saruin, and the more you dedicate, the stronger Saruin becomes.Â
