FF6 Low Level Guide 4 – Final Fantasy VI Pixel Remaster
I’ll explain how low-level party members defeat the bosses.

Intro
In the Flame Eater battle, we cannot skip 1476 EXP. Be careful if you are a low-level player. It is likely to level Terra and Locke. Set up a Magicite such as Zona Seeker and Bismarck in advance. It is good that Terra increases Magic and Locke increases Strength.
Gau levels up due to the spitfire and sky armor’s battle. We also cannot skip theres battle’s EXP.
Flame Eater

First of all, I cannot find a way to skip EXP. To put it differently, you definitely get at least 1476 EXP when you do not defeat Balloons.
Flame Eater uses Bomblet to summon four Balloons at first. The ice-elemental attack such as Blizzard and Blizzara works well. It might be hard to defeat the boss if you are a low-level player. So, use the ‘Trance’ ability and some Ice Rods. Her magic damages twice when Terra uses the ‘Trance’ ability. Buy some Ice rods in advance. Rods are sold for 3000 Gil at Thamasa.
Ultros (3rd)

Fire and Thunder-elemental attacks are weak to Ultros. So, use Flame rods or Thunder rods. Use Vanish to all party members before the battle. If damaging about 10,000 to Ultros, then Relm appears. It brings to an end if Relm’s Sketch is successful. The Sketch skill does not always work. You can also defeat Ultros by not using Sketch.

Both the Spit Armor and Spitfire have some EXP. If you keep a low level with the party members, you need to think about who gets EXP. I highly recommend choosing Gau. You can continue a low-level play in this game when you let Gau leap at Veldt. You have to let Gau defeat them six times by himself.
There are two appearance patterns a spitfire and a sky armor or a spitfire and two sky armor. If you want to save EXP as much as possible, continue saving and resetting. However, it is harder than defeating them.
Lightning is vulnerable to Spidfire and Sky Armor. It is easy to use a thunder rod. Defeat spitfire before it uses Absolute Zero. The party would be defeated if the party members’ levels were low.

Use some flame rods or thunder rods to Ultros. Also, use some ice rods to Typhon. They don’t have any EXP. After the battle, we cannot save our data temporarily. The next battle starts at once.

Air force and the parts are weak to water and lightning. Using Rage Anguiform or Aspiran is effective way for Gau. The other members use some thunder rods. If you break Laser Gun or Missile Bay, a bit appears. It absorbs magic attacks. So, break it immediately.
Let Locke joins the party if you want to get Debilitator. It is a practical tool to make elemental weaknesses.
