Raphael is one of the recruitable characters. To recruit him, you must complete the quest “Theodore’s Madness“. Then, he is in the throne room. His base stats are average, but his growth rates for STR, VIT, COM, and CHA are high. The low MAX LP value may be a drawback. However, he has good growth rates, so he would be a good choice for a front-line character.
