FF6 Low Level Guide Coliseum – Final Fantasy VI Pixel Remaster

I’ll explain how low-level party members get practical items at the coliseum.

Intro

The more a party member learns magics, the less a chance to attack normally. To fight against an enemy at the coliseum, I made Shadow hardly learn magic.

 

 

Celestriad

Combatant	Oppnent	Wagered Item	Reward
Gogo	Galypdes	Murakumo	Holy Lance

Gogo equips Master’s Scroll, Brigand’s Bracer, and Mirage Vest. Plus, set three Steal commands in advance. You can steal Celestriad from Galypdes in this battle. By the way, the item is rare. So, it might take too much time. Even if you lost this battle, you could obtain the item you stole. You don’t need to win the battle.

To steal Celestriad, it is also good that you go to the Pheonix Cave.

 

 

Cat-Ear-Hood

Combatant	Oppnent	Wagered Item	Reward
Setzer	Weredragon	Impartisan	Cat-Ear-Hood

To get Impartisan, summon Ragnarok to Cactus if you are a low-level player. Setzer equips Fixed Dice and Master’s Scroll and fight against weredragon. 

 

 

Merit Award

Shadow	Slagworm	Cat-Ear-Hood	Merit Award

Shadow equips Ichigeki, Assasin’s Dagger, Genji Glove, and Master’s Scroll. You can obtain Merit Award when he inflicts Death to Slagworm.

 

 

Flame Shield

Shadow	Outsider	Falchion	Flame Shield

Shadow equips Ichigeki, Assasin’s Dagger, Genji Glove, and Master’s Scroll. You can win the battle when he inflicts Death to Outsider.

 

 

Thornlet

Shadow	Dark Force	Force Shield	Thornlet

Shadow equips Ichigeki, Assasin’s Dagger, Genji Glove, and Master’s Scroll. You can get Thornlet when he inflicts Death to Dark Force.

 

 

Mirage Vest

Setzer equips Fixed Dice and Master’s Scroll and fight against Aspidochelon. 

 

 

Growth Egg

Shadow equips Ichigeki, Assasin’s Dagger, Genji Glove, and Master’s Scroll. You can win the battle when he inflicts Death to Dark Force.

 

 

Snow Scarf

Shadow	Outsider	Behemoth Suit	Snow Scarf

Shadow equips Ichigeki, Assasin’s Dagger, Genji Glove, and Master’s Scroll. You can obtain Snow Scarf when he inflicts Death to Outsider.

 

 

Holy Lance

Gogo equips Master’s Scroll, Brigand’s Bracer, and Mirage Vest. Plus, set three Steal commands in advance. As you know, this battle is to steal Celestriad. However, you can win the battle. It takes about five minutes.

 

 

Ichigeki

This is an event battle. Even if you lose, Shadow joins the party. It might be a little tough to win if you are a low-level party. If that’s the case, choose a combatant who can cast Death or Break. And then, you can win if the combatant uses them.
